The Welton Academy Mission
1. Training in the Supernatural and restoring Discerning of Spirits: This has always been the foundation of our ministry and we will continue to pioneer the restoration of Discerning of Spirits to the Body of Christ. Also as my second book comes out, I plan to continue promoting the supernatural as Normal Christianity.
2. Teaching on Women in Ministry: We believe that it is time for a solid Biblical foundation to be laid regarding female leadership in the church. Many Charismatics have accepted female leaders, yet they cannot defend their position. We desire to lay the necessary Biblical basis to advance this truth.
3. End-times Teaching: There is a theological revolution currently taking place within the church. Considering the significant Geo-physical, economic and political events that are happening, many have become emotionally paralyzed from fear. We are in a season of shifting where it is important to have the right perspective regarding the future. Not a perspective determined by the latest news or novels, but founded on the Word. 4. Freeing women from sexual bondage: This is in the hearts of both Karen and I. She plans to take more trips to Southeast Asia to minister to those caught in sex slavery. As well as support the ministries that are working long term with the girls.
5. Training and Restoring men to Purity and Righteousness: If men were not caught in the bondage of lust, there would be no market for the sex industry. If we can heal men, then we will shift the whole sex industry. This is a developing aspect of our ministry and there is much more to come in the future.
